Miles Davis pretty much improvised the body of the score with Barney Wilen on tenor sax, René Urtreger on piano, Pierre Michelot on bass and drums by Ken Clarke. I recommend the reissued CD over the vinyl as you get a lot of outtakes. (This is what Eddie Izzard refers to as ‘sexychoons’.)
